Congratulations to the city of Erlangen, which very deservedly won the prize.
Since 1971, the founding year of the Bavarian Chamber of Architects, the city of Erlangen has organised 23 architectural competitions and has also worked in an exemplary manner with numerous private awarding bodies to ensure that they in turn organise competitions in accordance with the guidelines for planning competitions RPW.

13 selected competition projects are presented acoustically with an audio guide for smartphones. Some of these projects have already been fully implemented, some are still under construction or will be realised in the coming years.

We are particularly pleased that our community, meeting and health centre with sports hall is among the selected projects [number 10]
