The project, which we realize together with L&P Beratende Ingenieure GmbH is located in the former barracks area „Prinz-Leopold-Kaserne“, will encompass a new public swimming pool and an athletics training arena. The synergy effects created by this environmentally compatible construction, for example in the joint use of a heating center, should not only cut costs and reduce CO2 emissions, but also ensure high energy efficiency. Further cost-cutting potential is created by the joint use of entrance areas, catering, administration and technical rooms.
