As part of the ongoing transformation of the Potsdamer Platz Quarter, we collaborated with Bartenbach, Schulze+Grassov and Stefan Wallmann Landschaftsarchitekten BDLA to develop a custom lighting solution for the public realm. The newly designed luminaires and suspension system establish a coherent lighting identity across the district while allowing precise control of light levels and color, alongside insect-friendly principles. The lighting concept supports the broader vision of turning Potsdamer Platz into a car-free, pedestrian-oriented urban space — a place that prioritizes atmosphere, usability and environmental responsibility.
