Whether as an independent practitioner or in strategic partnerships, we will discuss the steps that lead to opportunities for Firm Ownership or Partnership. Our moderators will share what they’ve learned as they stepped into their leadership roles, and how they’ve sought needed resources, preparation, and support. Finally, we will shed light on business practices that help firm leaders sustain and maintain successful and thriving practices, with focus on business development and firm financial management. These discussions aim to demystify the business of architecture and make it accessible to practitioners.“
