Yesterday, we proudly celebrated the topping-out ceremony for our LIFE HAMBURG project — a future-oriented campus that redefines lifelong learning, meaningful work, and holistic well-being. In the northeast of Hamburg, a sustainable place for connection, creativity, and intergenerational exchange is taking shape.

What makes LIFE HAMBURG special:
• An inviting building designed to inspire activity, interaction, and discovery
• A wide range of programs under one roof: daycare, school, workshops, creative labs, a digital learning center, health and fitness facilities, urban gardening areas, and a café
• Spacious outdoor areas seamlessly integrated with the interiors
• A central agora as the vibrant community heart — open to the landscape in summer and sheltered in winter
• Fully barrier-free access and highly adaptable spaces for future needs
• Climate-responsive design with fixed shading, light-directing elements, and a façade that preheats fresh air in winter
With the topping-out ceremony, we move one step closer to bringing our vision to life: a dynamic campus where lifelong learning thrives and sustainability becomes part of everyday experience.
