We are delighted to be part of the exhibition Wettbewerbe – Architektur und Landschaft Stadt und Kanton Zürich 2022 – 2024 at ZAZ Bellerive in Zurich with our project Einfach Bauen – The Juchhof 3 Changing-Room Facility.

"Our living spaces are in constant change. Competitions for architecture and landscape are one of the most important instruments in the planning and promotion of structural development. The City of Zurich’s Office for Buildings and the Canton of Zurich’s Department of Buildings alone organize around fifteen competitions every year, and dozens more are held elsewhere. However, it often takes years from the announcement of the winning project to its realisation. This makes it difficult to keep track of how and where our urban landscape is developing – both for architects and the general public. The exhibition therefore presents a collection of first-prize winning projects from the last two years—from the city of Zurich and the entire canton. The 104 collected competitions provide a juxtaposition of the most diverse buildings, approaches and uses. The show encourages discussion: About urban development and architectural attitudes, about questions of sustainability and Weiterbauen—but above all about competition practice, its prerequisites and its results." – ZAZ Bellerive
