Set within a distinctive landscape between green valleys, sports facilities, and infrastructure, the project upgrades the existing outdated complex into a modern, multifunctional bathing environment. The concept retains key elements such as the iconic dome while extending the program with additional pools, a sauna landscape, wellness areas, and improved changing and entrance facilities. The design follows a landscape-based approach, embedding the architecture into the topography rather than creating a standalone object. A two-story structure evolves from the existing building, with flowing rooflines and integrated outdoor spaces that connect interior and exterior functions.

A reorganized foyer ensures clear orientation and access to all areas, while flexible pool zones allow simultaneous use by schools, clubs, and the public. The sauna and wellness areas form an independent yet connected zone with direct access to landscaped gardens. New terraces, outdoor spaces, and visual connections enhance the bathing experience and strengthen the relationship to the surrounding nature.

Level 1

The project enables phased construction during ongoing operation. The result is a coherent, adaptable, and identity-forming bathing landscape that combines recreation, sport, and wellness within a strong environmental context.
