The new headquarters for Phoenix Solar AG is conceived as a forward-looking office building that expresses the company’s identity, innovation, and commitment to sustainability. It combines flexible workspaces with an integrated architectural and energy concept that aligns people, space, and environment.

Site Plan

A fan-shaped building with a south-oriented solar roof defines the project, integrating green courtyards that bring daylight, views, and strong connections to the surrounding landscape. The layout transitions from calm, landscape-oriented workspaces in the south to more dynamic communication areas in the north.

The design enables an open and flexible work environment with adaptable, loft-like floor plans that support various office configurations and future changes. The building is embedded in a structured landscape with existing and new greenery, including outdoor areas for work and relaxation.
